Many thanks for the shout out. Successful blogger relations are built on trusted relationships that go beyond an email blast. Some companies get it but it seems many do not.

That’s right. My impression is that some don’t get how to do it. And many others don’t know who should do it – especially in big companies with large MarCom departments …
